1. Our commitment
Workforce DOT, LLC is committed to making its public website and software experiences usable by people with disabilities. We aim to design and improve our digital experiences with recognized accessibility practices in mind, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable.
2. Accessibility practices
Our current design system uses semantic headings and labels, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, responsive layouts, text alternatives for meaningful images, form labels and status regions, and contrast-oriented color choices. We continue to review navigation, tables, dialogs, forms, portal workflows and generated documents for accessibility improvements.
3. Known limitations
Some complex compliance tables, third-party checkout experiences, legacy portal components, generated documents or third-party integrations may not yet provide the same level of accessibility in every situation. We do not claim that every page or third-party component has been independently certified as fully conformant.
4. Third-party content
Some features are provided by third parties, such as payment processors, testing or fulfillment systems, training providers and external regulatory websites. We encourage those providers to support accessible experiences, but we do not control every aspect of their products.
5. Requesting assistance or an accommodation
If you have difficulty accessing content or completing a task, contact accessibility@screenings4u.com. Please identify the page or feature, the difficulty you encountered, the assistive technology/browser you were using if relevant, and the format or accommodation that would help. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative.
6. Feedback
Accessibility feedback helps us prioritize improvements. We welcome reports about keyboard access, screen-reader output, color contrast, forms, focus behavior, document accessibility or other barriers.
